Day Out With Thomas Overnight Stay & Play Packages available to the public April 1, 2025
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DAY OUT WITH THOMAS OVERNIGHT PACKAGE PROGRAM PROCESS HAS CHANGED. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR LODGING RESERVATION.**
Day Out with Thomas ticket sales begin March 31, 2025 at 9 a.m. EST for members of the NC Transportation Museum and April 1, 2025 at 9 a.m. EST to the public. You must become a member by March 23, 2025 in order to receive the member benefit of early access. Overnight Stay & Play packages will not be available until April 1, 2025. The deadline to book the Overnight Packages for Day Out With Thomas™ for the opening weekend of September 26-28, 2025 will be September 23, 2025 at 4 p.m. or while supplies last. The deadline to book for the second weekend October 3-5, 2025 will be September 30, 2025 at 4 p.m. or while supplies last.

You can earn complimentary Day Out with Thomas™ tickets or a VISA gift card by booking your overnight stay in a participating Rowan County Lodging property. Pay careful attention to our new process, as well as our terms and conditions prior to booking your lodging.
