Stay & Play Package: AIRBNB & CAMPING CABIN

**This process is for AirBnb and camping cabin stays for Day Out with Thomas. Please note the process is different for hotels. If you wish to book a package with a hotel stay, please click here.**

1. Book your stay directly through AirBnb or the lodging property. Select your desired lodging and complete the booking process.
2. Contact Rowan County Tourism to reserve your Day Out with Thomas™ tickets or a VISA gift card and reserve your package at 704-638-3100. Please have your desired ticket date, lodging confirmation number and reservation name ready.
3. Your tickets will be emailed to you upon booking or your VISA gift card will be emailed to you at check in at your hotel. Should your lodging stay be cancelled or altered, your tickets will be voided and will no longer gain entry to the event. 

OVERNIGHT STAY & PLAY PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for this package, you MUST book your Day Out With Thomas™ tickets through Rowan County Tourism. Confirmation number and contact information are required to verify reservations. If the lodging stay is cancelled, the special offer is void and your tickets or VISA gift card will no longer be valid. No exchanges or refunds. Lodging reservations must be in a Rowan County B&B, Airbnb or camping cabin (camp site rentals not included). Not valid with any coupons, discounts, or reward point redemptions associated with the participating lodging properties’ or the N.C. Transportation Museum. Deadline dates for package reservations apply.
