Completion & Connection, a Ten-Year Tourism Industry Master Plan was commissioned by the Rowan County Tourism Development Authority (RCTDA) and the Salisbury Tourism Development Authority. The purpose of developing such a plan is to guide destination marketing and destination development in Rowan County, North Carolina.
