The Paul E. Fisher Gateway Building serves as a site of community connection in Rowan County. Owned and operated by the Rowan County Tourism Development Authority, the building brings together key partner organizations working to support and strengthen the region, including the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, Rowan County Tourism, Rowan County Economic Development Council, LandTrust of Central North Carolina, and Communities In Schools of Rowan County.
Together, these organizations create a shared space focused on service, growth, and opportunity. In addition to housing these partners, the Gateway Building also offers public meeting spaces available for rent, providing a welcoming place for gatherings, events, and community engagement.

Thank you for considering the use of the Paul E. Fisher Gateway Building for your next meeting. Before booking, please review our Paul E. Fisher Gateway Building Meeting Room Rental Agreement. To book, please visit our online booking site to reserve your space by clicking here. After your meeting space is booked, someone will contact you to confirm your reservation within 48 business hours. Available spaces include: Suite 110A (Chamber Conference room) 12 people, Suite 114 (Downstairs Board Room) 16 people, Suite 200 (Upstairs Board Room) 40 people. Once you have booked a space for the first time, please create a username/password for future bookings. Please note our rates have recently changed. The rates on the booking system reflect the public use rates. Both the public use rates and Chamber of Commerce member rates can be found in the chart below.
