ROWAN COUNTY TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TROLLEY PASSENGER VEHICLE
Sealed bids are requested by the Rowan County Tourism Development Authority (RCTDA) for the purchase of one (1) new 28-passenger trolley-style passenger vehicle in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained in the Invitation to Bid.
Issue Date: September 14, 2026 Bid Submission Deadline: October 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT Public Bid Opening: October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Gateway Building located at 204 E. Innes St. Salisbury, NC 28144
Sealed bids must be received no later than the deadline stated above and delivered to:

The outside of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked: “TROLLEY BID”
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened at the time and location specified above.
The Rowan County Tourism Development Authority reserves the right, subject to applicable law and Rowan County procurement requirements, to reject any or all bids, to waive minor technicalities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder whose bid is determined to be in the best interest of RCTDA.
Bidders are responsible for reviewing the complete Invitation to Bid and all issued addenda prior to submitting a bid.
