Kick off the summer season with History on Tap on June 25, 2026, presented by the Historic Salisbury Foundation. From 5:30–7:30 p.m., visitors can tour the revitalization of the historic Main Street Drug building in Downtown Salisbury while enjoying local craft beer from New Sarum Brewing Company and learning about the city’s rich history. Registration is required, and a $10 donation is suggested.

 

Fireworks Over Historic Spencer Shops

June 27, 2026

Celebrate summer and America’s 250th anniversary at Fireworks Over Historic Spencer Shops on June 27, 2026 at the North Carolina Transportation Museum. Beginning at 6 p.m., visitors can enjoy free family-friendly activities, live entertainment, food vendors and train rides aboard the Firecracker Express before the evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for viewing the celebration.

 

The 8th Annual Dancing on Depot Street: Summer Concert Series

Enjoy an evening of live music and small-town fun at the 8th Annual Dancing on Depot Street Summer Concert Series on June 27, 2026 in Cleveland. This free outdoor concert series brings family and friends together each month with live entertainment, food vendors and dancing in the heart of town.
