Stay & Play Package: AIRBNB, VRBO & CAMPING CABIN PROCESS

HOW TO BOOK YOUR OVERNIGHT STAY PACKAGE – AIRBNB, VRBO & CAMPING CABINS:

1. Book your stay directly through AirBnb or the lodging property. Select your desired lodging and complete the booking process.

2. Once you have booked your Airbnb stay, please contact Rowan County Tourism by emailing brooke@visitrowancountync.com with information about your stay to receive a single-use code to redeem the free tickets earned or a gift certificate. You may also call 704-638-3100. Calls will be taken in the order in which they are received from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Friday.

3. Once you have received the one-time use code, you may visit the N.C. Transportation Museum’s website, select your tickets and use the code at check out OR contact the ticketing center at 704-469-5231 to assist with booking your tickets. Please have your code ready.

4. Your tickets or VISA e-gift card will be emailed to you upon booking. *Should your lodging stay be cancelled or altered, your tickets will be automatically voided and will no longer gain entry to the event.*

OVERNIGHT STAY PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

To be eligible for this package, you MUST book your Polar Express tickets through Rowan County Tourism. Confirmation number and contact information are required to verify reservations. If the lodging stay is cancelled, the special offer is void and your tickets ore-gift card will no longer be valid. No exchanges or refunds. Lodging reservations must be in a Rowan County B&B, Airbnb or camping cabin (camp site rentals not included). Not valid with any coupons, discounts, or reward point redemptions associated with the participating lodging properties’ or the N.C. Transportation Museum. Deadline dates for package reservations apply.

Package will be cancelled if terms and conditions are not followed. Contact the Rowan County Convention and Visitors Bureau to reserve your Polar Express tickets or gift certificate and reserve your package at 704-638-3100. Please have your desired ticket date, lodging confirmation number and reservation name ready.
