Spring Time in the Backcountry at the Old Stone House

Previously known as the Colonial Spring Frolic, join the Rowan Museum the 1st weekend in April at the Old Stone House for colonial demonstrations such as spinning, weaving, dyeing cloth, cooking, woodworking, sewing, herb usage and more at Spring Time in the Backcountry. The house and grounds will also be open to tour.
Run Kannapolis 5K Series
April 1 & 29, 2023
Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this unique series featuring the best 5K runs/walks in the city. This month's Run Kannapolis series are "Rhythm & Run" hosted by the N.C. Music Hall of Fame and "Strides for Stroke" hosted by Atrium Health.
Hurley Park Celebration
