The North Carolina General Assembly allocates additional American Rescue Plan Act Funding over and above the yearly Grassroots Grant allocation for each NC county. Rowan Arts Council receives $69,000 in ARPA funds for each year, and we are proud to announce the organizations that were awarded grants for the 2022-23 ARPA awards.
