Board of Directors 
The Rowan Arts Council Board of Directors shall consist of up to 13 members with four (4) being appointed by Rowan County Tourism Development Authority (RCTDA) who shall represent Lee Street Theatre, Inc., Piedmont Players Theatre, Inc., The Salisbury Symphony, Waterworks Visual Arts Center Inc., and the remaining nine (9) at-large members representing Arts and Cultural institutions or other interested people within Rowan County appointed by the RAC Board of Directors.

The RAC Board meets the first Tuesday of September, October, December and May in the Gateway Building at 204 E. Innes St. at 6 p.m.
