April 2 | CCV Cork Hunt 2-8 p.m.: Adults need some Easter fun too! Join Cauble Creek Vineyard for their second annual cork hunt from 2-4 p.m. and live music and food truck from 5 - 8 p.m.

 

April 2 | Wild Easter Egg Hunt at Tiger World 1 p.m.: Bring the family to the 11th Annual "Wild" Easter Egg Hunt at Tiger World. The fun begins Saturday, April 2 at 1 p.m. The Easter Egg Hunt is free with the price of park admission. There will be prizes, giveaways, and Easter candy for all children. There will be Easter eggs "hidden," so bring a basket or bag for your eggs.

 

April 7 | Fabergé-inspired Easter Eggs (ages 21+) at Waterworks Visual Arts Center 6-9 p.m.: The decoration of eggs is an age-old craft. Fabergé̕ eggs, first designed around 1880, are among the most exquisite. Design your own jeweled beauty using an authentic blown-out goose egg. Inspired by Fabergé̕, embellish your egg with faux diamonds and pearls, richly pigmented paints, gold leaf and more.

 

April 9, 10, 15, 16 | Easter Bunny Express: The Easter Bunny visits the N.C. Transportation Museum for four fun-filled days! Enjoy the springtime weather as you explore the museum exhibits featuring model train layouts, trains, airplanes, automobiles, and trucks. While at the museum, you and your family can also meet the Easter Bunny, make crafts, play games, and have much more Easter fun!

 

April 9 | Clay Bunnies Art Class (ages 4-14) at Waterworks Visual Arts Center 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Young artists will create adorable clay bunnies in celebration of the return of spring. Using hand-building techniques of rolling, cutting, and pinching, students will assemble heads, ears, eyes and tails, then finish them with paint-on glazes, which will turn colorful upon firing in the kiln.

 

April 9 | Lake Corriher Wilderness Park Easter Egg-stravaganza 9 a.m. – noon: Join Lake Corriher Wilderness Park for their annual Easter Egg-stravaganza on April 9 from 9 a.m. - noon. Children will be able to visit the Easter Bunny, have their face painted and check out the mini petting zoo.

 

April 15, 16, 18 | Egg-Cellent Adventure at Patterson Farm 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Join Patterson Farm for an Egg-cellent good time on the farm Friday, April 15, Saturday, April 16 & Monday, April 18, 2022. Explore the farm while you hunt for eggs and enjoy spring farm fun activities like taking a photo with the Easter Bunny, wagon rides, and storytelling!

 

April 16 | 1st Annual Egg Hunt at the Hall House 10 a.m. – noon: For the first time, Historic Salisbury Foundation is hosting an Egg Hunt at the Hall House the day before Easter Sunday, April 16, 2022! Join the fun for an Easter Egg Hunt, vintage games, and refreshments!

 

April 16 | Easter Extravaganza in China Grove at 10 a.m.: Join China Grove for their annual Hoppin' in the Grove Easter Extravaganza. There will be a petting zoo, clown appearance, visits with the Easter bunny, games and outdoor play that you and your whole family can enjoy!
